Fullfilment Time


  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24/48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

• Free Standard Shipping:  4-8 business days

• Premium Express Shipping: Skip the queue, your order gets prioritized and dispatched first

• Free Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days

• Premium Express Shipping: Skip the queue, your order gets prioritized and dispatched first

Carriers: Australia Post / StarTrack


Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, strikes, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.


Your order fits through the mailbox in most cases, no need to stay home for delivery.



Shipping Costs


Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.

Premium Express: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination.



Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.



Address Accuracy


Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order, full first and last name (no company names), correct address, and postcode. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once your order has been dispatched (within 24 hours), no changes can be made.



Customs & Taxes


We cover all customs costs, no unexpected charges for you.

Lost or Delayed Packages


If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to assist with reshipments when possible and will investigate every case promptly.



Cancellations


Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.
